Refund policy


  • You may return unused, unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached within 45 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (tags intact, no visible signs of wear, stains or washing).
  • Return shipping is free for returns requested within 30 days. For returns requested after 30 days (and up to 45 days), the customer pays the return shipping.
  • If you’d prefer an exchange (different size or colour), we’ll send you the new item immediately upon receiving your return. Exchanges are encouraged.
  • Sale-items (or “final sale” items) may only be exchanged for store credit; no refunds on these.
  • Returns must be initiated via our Returns Portal within the timeframe; items sent outside the timeframe or without initiating via portal may be refused or credited as store credit only.
  • Any items returned in damaged, worn or altered condition may be refused, or subject to a restocking fee of [e.g., 20%].
  • For customers who have a history of high-frequency returns (defined as e.g. > X returns in last 12 months), we reserve the right to require return shipping to be paid by the customer or deny free return shipping.
  • For sustainability: Returned items that cannot be resold may be recycled, donated, or repurposed, in line with our brand’s sustainability commitments.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your return for refund/exchange to be processed and credit to appear on your account.
